Get ready to experience the ultimate summer experience dream villa in the Leaf House Κefalonia. An ideal place for families or couples up to 8 people.
Our luxurious villa is hidden with beautiful view of the mountain and the sea, in an earthly paradise with configured 400sqm with lawn, rosemary, lavender, olive trees and mulberries where they cover with natural fragrances the whole space. The patio of 300sqm consists of the pool 8×4 with sun beds, two WC and showers, the living room and barbeque where you can enjoy fantastic meals.
The exterior of the villa is completed with private parking, four comfortable positions secured by the electric sliding gate.
The interior of the villa consists of two floors and the basement. At the basement there is a washing machine, cleaners and ironing equipment.
Entering our luxurious villa you will find the main living room with the comfortable sofa and armchairs waiting for you to relax reading books by the fireplace or watching a movie on the 40″ TV. Then you will find our modern italian Stosa kitchen design that is fully equipped with a freezer refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave. Inside the cupboards you will find all the equipment from dishes, glasses and cutlery to serve your meal and your coffee as our kitchen has a coffee maker, mixer, and all cooking utensils.
When time comes to pack your luggage, the 4 comfortable and bright bedrooms will impress you. They are equipped with disposable slippers for each visitors individually, with blackout curtains, and with comfortable wardrobes. All bedrooms have access at the balcony offering the magnificent views of the sea, the pool and the courtyard garden of the villa. On each floor you will find a large bathroom with towels that smell of forest flowers.
Finally, we would like to give you some of useful information.
- Children’s cot is provided free of charge.
- Welcome package includes: fresh fruit, tea, coffee, juice, cookies, bottled water, toast, butter, jam /amp; honey.
- Although our villa is a cool place, we have Aircondition installed in all rooms including kitchen and living room, so you are not affected at all by the hot days and nights of summer.
- Change of bed linen and towels is done 2 times per week or every 3 days.
- Wifi in covers all areas (indoor and outdoor, 10GB per day).
- There are safety lights in case of power outage and a flashlight in the bedrooms for each visitor.
- Fire extinguishers (barbecue place and kitchen inside the house).
